FoxNetwork

Terms of use

Last updated 9 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the FoxNetwork website and platform, and the maintenance work we carry out. By creating an account or booking an intervention you accept them.

  1. 01Who you are contracting with

The service is provided by FoxNetwork, identified in full on the Legal notice page. These terms are written in French and English; in the event of a discrepancy the French version prevails.

  2. 02What the service is

FoxNetwork maintains distributed physical networks — parcel lockers, ATMs, EV charging points and comparable equipment — across Paris and the eight départements of Île-de-France.

You report a fault through the platform or its API. We assign a technician, carry out the work, and close the ticket with photographic evidence, timestamps and a record of the parts used.

  3. 03Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

You may invite colleagues into your organisation. Anyone you invite can see your organisation's sites, interventions and invoices, so invite deliberately.

You must give accurate site addresses and contact details. A technician sent to the wrong address is a billable visit.

  4. 04Booking an intervention

Each request names a service level. The price shown before you confirm is the price of getting a technician to site with the first hour of work included; it is a starting price, not a cap.

Additional time on site is billed hourly. Travel is included up to 100 km. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

You may cancel a request at no charge until a technician has been dispatched. After that, the call-out is billable whether or not the work is completed.

  5. 05Access to your sites

You must give our technician the access the work requires — keys, codes, permissions, or an escort where the site demands one. If a technician cannot get in, the visit is billable and the service level does not apply to the second attempt.

Tell us in advance about any hazard or site rule that affects how the work must be carried out.

  6. 06Service levels

The response window attached to a tier is the time within which a technician will arrive on site, measured from when the request is confirmed.

If we miss the window, you pay the price of the service level we actually delivered rather than the one you booked, and a credit applies. The amount of that credit is set out in your contract.

Windows are suspended while we are waiting on you — for access, for a decision, or for a part you have chosen to supply.

  7. 07What we produce belongs to you

The intervention records we create for you — photographs, measurements, reports and the data behind them — are yours. You can export them at any time, and we will provide them in a machine-readable form on request.

The platform itself, its software and its design remain ours. Nothing here transfers a licence to it beyond your right to use the service while your account is open.

  8. 08Invoicing and payment

Interventions are invoiced per job unless your contract sets out different terms. Invoices are due within 30 days.

Late payment carries interest at three times the French legal rate, plus the fixed recovery indemnity of €40 required by article L441-10 of the Commercial Code.

  9. 09Liability

We are liable for damage we cause through our own fault in carrying out the work, up to the total amount you have paid us over the preceding twelve months.

We are not liable for indirect loss — lost revenue, lost data, or loss of business — nor for equipment failing for reasons unconnected to our intervention.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death, personal injury, or our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

  10. 10Personal data

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy policy. Where we process data on your behalf as part of running interventions, we do so as your processor and only on your instructions.

  11. 11Suspension and ending the contract

You may close your account at any time. Interventions already carried out remain payable.

We may suspend an account for non-payment, or for use that endangers our technicians or another client's data, after telling you why and giving you a reasonable chance to put it right.

  12. 12Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, it will be brought before the competent courts of Paris. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
